Construction Superintendent   

The Superintendent coordinates all the labor, materials, heavy equipment and subcontractors for the Excavation & Drill Projects.

Responsibilities Included, but not limited to:

  • Understand the plans and specifications for each project.
  • Pre-construction job set-up and understand the site needs.
  • Review material purchase orders for accuracy and completeness.
  • Develop construction schedule complete with milestone dates working with Project Manager.
  • Communicate/confirm the project requirements and schedule with the Foreman.
  • Review weekly the project hours and costs and compare budget to actual and communicate with Foreman and Project Manager
  • Communicate schedule with onsite inspectors.
  • Confirm with Foreman delivery schedule for labor, materials and equipment needs.


  • Minimum five years of management experience in the construction field.
  • Minimum five years of excavation and utility installation experience at a supervisory level and a thorough knowledge of the trades.
  • Excavation equipment experience.
  • Capable of running multiple projects.
  • Computer proficient including use of Excel, Word and Outlook. Timberline and electronic time reporting a plus.

Pay: $65,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year

Project Coordinator-Construction   

Join a family business established in 1975. We are a growing face paced company looking for a Project Coordinator to join our TEAM. Opportunities for development and advancement are available.

Responsibilities Included, but not limited to:

  • Assist Estimating Department with preparing bids and bid documents including:
  • Prepare submittals, purchase orders, work permits
  • AIA Billings – prepare pencil copies for review, and final copy to submit to AR department.
  • Manage Job Closeout: AIA’s, lien waivers, as-builts, etc.
  • Review all sub-contractor invoices and approves payment. Verify that they are properly allocated to a job, priced accordingly, and that the invoices reflect actual work completed and quoted.
  • General project administrative duties


  • Three – Five years experience in the construction admin field.
  • Organized, attention to detail, self-motivated, able to work independently, and a commitment to excellence.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer relations skills.
  • Computer proficiency, including use of Excel, Word & Outlook, Sage Timberline a plus
  • Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and specifications is a plus

Pay: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour

Class A Driver – Dump Truck and Low Boys     

Driver with Class A CDL to drive material deliveries, dump truck payloads,  transport equipment. Special skills: understand building material descriptions,  can safely secure loads / equipment. Willing to perform labor tasks as fill in.

Heavy Equipment Operator 

Directional Drill Operator

Operate excavator, dozer, loader, roller, directional drill

Experience Requirement: site and utility installations, trench box environment, traffic safety, OSHA 10, minimum of five years experience.

Excavation Laborer

Site and utility installations, pipe layer, site work

Compensation: Salary depending on experience

Clean CDL a plus. Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle a requirement.
Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to work with underground trenchless technology equipment.
Ability to work on a team or on your own.
